The office building has been designed by Ingenhoven Architects in 2011. It is a highly sustainable office tower that has achieved 6 Star Green Star Office Design v2 and Office As-Built v2 Certified Ratings from the Green Building Council of Australia.

Client brief

• Organize the office space within 2 levels: level 22 and level 23

• Divide the space functionally into zones

• Create the Virgin futuristic atmosphere

• Develop all the required documentation including floor plans, material boards, 3D renders, FF&E schedules.

Concept

The concept of this project was to design a futuristic space that reflects the virgin spirit and culture and inspires employees to come to work with the feeling of the future is already here.

Industrial materials, custom designed furniture, different range of meeting rooms and private areas, cafes and break zones to provide the uses with the functional, creative and productive everyday life.
